Refund policy
Each piece is made specifically for you, so I'm not able to offer refunds for change of mind. If the size or fit isn't right, I'll exchange or alter it free of charge. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Repairs are free for as long as you own the piece, and I'll cover shipping both ways.
This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If a piece is faulty, I'll repair, replace or refund it.
